The sale is for the design ONLY. I will not be assisting with the USE of the digital download. It is assumed that the buyer is experienced with their own machine & software. All machines are different & this is 100 percent your responsibility to research and learn. If you are not experienced with your machine & software I encourage you to return after some practice with digital downloads.

My downloads aren’t “laser ready” - this means that you may have to move around or resize some things to fit your machine. I do not have the settings “PRESET” for machines like glow forge. The entire download is a BLACK line that is typical for “cutting” but you are able to select each UNGROUPED piece and add your own settings (so if you plan to score or engrave you will have to change this in your OWN software) AGAIN - this is the exact download that I am using in LIGHTBURN software - if you are UNSURE if this download is compatible with your machine you are PURCHASING AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Absolutely no refunds. Once the download has been delivered the sale is FINAL. Downloads are AUTOMATICALLY emailed to the email address provided by you.
