svg files are tested in lightburn laser software. I am not sure if they are compatible with any other software and will not be refunding for this reason. please do your research before purchasing my files. If you are not familiar with an SVG file (cut file) please do not purchase the download. I am not able to teach users how to use the downloads. this is your responsibility to know/learn before purchasing.

I will not refund memberships that were not being used. you are responsible for managing your account! members are also responsible for their login information. I am unable to change this information manually. please double check your entries before paying for a membership or download.

the only time I will refund an order is if the mistake is my fault.

I do understand that orders are often placed in a hurry - for this reason I encourage you to read over my website & policies prior to purchasing a sign. I do stick to my policies strictly to protect myself & my business. I appreciate you understanding!

my turn around time varies.

I always state the turn around time for a drop in the caption of the post I make advertising. the turn around time will also be listed in the description of the item. for drops - it’s going to be from 4-6weeks - more specific times are always stated on Facebook & in the listing description. the turn around time is dependent on how hard the sign is to make & how many orders I currently have on my schedule.

reminder that these items are handmade items & a rushed sign is an unfinished sign.

turn around time does not include the time in transit. I have absolutely no control over how long it takes for the item to deliver, unfortunately.

I have a zero tolerance policy for rudeness. If you reach out to me with a bad attitude I will cancel your order & block you from purchasing from me in the future. I understand eagerness to receive an order but I also expect to be respected by my customers. please be kind - it’s just a sign.

I seal all of my signs with clear enamel to help protect the paint. With this being said, my signs are made from pine or high quality plywood. They are not going to last a lifetime left in the rain & sun. Any long term exposure to the weather WILL age the wooden sign and wear away the paint.

I recommend they be used under a covered porch or behind a storm door (or, of course inside).

to prolong the life of your sign, you can reseal them. I use clear polycrylic to seal & you can purchase this in a spray can at most hardware stores. it comes in a blue and black spray can. you can apply a coat to the from and the back (and over the bow & greenery).

I purchase insurance for every package. if your sign is damaged or lost in transit, please contact me so I can assist you in making a claim for your item. once the carrier refunds me, I will refund you OR replace the item.

unfortunately this is the best way that I can protect myself & your purchase. I have never had a claim with evidence be denied & they are usually fast to approve the refund.

damage & losses are rare but they do happen. I hate it just as much as my buyer! <3

UPS shipping with insurance is included in the price of the sign.

GROUND shipping usually arrives in less than a week but can take as long as 2 weeks. if your item goes unscanned for an extended amount of time, please contact me using the form under the contact tab at the top of my website.

tracking is emailed for each sign before the item is dropped off. please check the email that you provided when you purchased for the tracking number. these emails sometimes go to spam - so double check there.

please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when purchasing. I will not be refunding or replacing an item that is shipped to the wrong address if that was the address provided. my system automatically prints the labels with the address that was provided when purchased.
