signs are first come, first serve. payment claims the sign. it will not be held in your cart.
turn around time is approximately 4 weeks but this can change. I always include the exact timeline in my current Facebook posts & update my members when I am working on the signs. these signs are handmade and I can only move so fast - please be patient when you order from me. I am very strict about my schedule and work everyday to get signs out as quickly as I can, but a rushed order means sloppy work.
shipping is included in the price shown. I have recently started shipping through ups only - insurance is purchased for each package. if your item is damaged or lost in transit, you must contact me to submit a claim for the item. you will be refunded when insurance approves the claim. you can then use your refund to reorder if you choose to do so. damage/loss in transit is extremely rare but does happen occasionally. remember - I have zero control over an item once it leaves my hands.

SOLD out means that all of the spots that I have available have been filled - I will not open more until the following week (the next drop).
